Explore Life in
Hyde Park
Montgomery Place is proud to be part of Hyde Park—one of Chicago’s most historic and vibrant neighborhoods, nestled along the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline. Just east, the lakefront offers scenic views and easy access to downtown via South Shore Drive. To the west, the University of Chicago and UChicago Medicine provide world-renowned education, healthcare, and cultural opportunities—many of our residents have close ties to the university.
Hyde Park is also the future home of the Barack Obama Presidential Center and was the site of two World’s Fairs. But more than its landmarks, Hyde Park is a walkable, close-knit community filled with bookstores, local restaurants, museums, and striking architecture. It’s a neighborhood that welcomes Montgomery Place—and a lifestyle our residents are proud to call home.
